Vanilla Ice Cream with Açaí Vinegar Condiment Topping (4 portions)

Who said toppings have to be sweet?

Ingredients:

- 300 g (10.6 oz) your favorite vanilla ice cream

- 100 ml (3.4 oz) SoulBrasil Cuisine Açaí Vinegar Condiment

Preparation:

1. In a small pan, on low heat, reduce the vinegar to 20% of its volume.

2. Serve 4 cups with the ice cream.

3. Add the hot reduction, no more than 2 tea spoons per portion.

4. Enjoy!
