Don't use lemon! Use this vinegar condiment instead to season sea scallops or squids before frying.

Create a rich sauce blending our products with the liquids left on your baking tray after roasting pork ribs.

Allow a few drops on your fruit salad just before serving.
Fruit with one of the strongest content of vitamin C there is, acerola is a round, red with orange tone in color and a very acid fruit. Hence, very good to pair with seafood and white meat.
It is even found in the Brazilian southern states, but its region by excellence is the northeast.
