This condiment has a French inspiration, but we use truly Brazilian fruits.

Reduce it to form a thick cream to drop over a nice and generous slice of cheese cake.
Its flavour is striking, its pulp can be white or red. Strong in vitamin C, potassium, calcium and phosphor.
Guava its and emblematic Brazilian fruit and has always been present at the desert table anywhere in the country through the classic "Romeo and Juliet" (white cheese and guava marmalade).
